The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. the hosts were fabulous, i would highly recommend them. it was a short, five minute walk into town. Plenty to do there.
i noticed an outdated milk in the room, meant for tea or coffee. it's a simple detail, but freshness really matters.

a real gem by the coast
excellent host convenient location free parking
lynn and wayne were excellent. the location was close to both the town and the beach. free on-site parking was really convenient for me.
i did notice a slightly outdated condiment during breakfast. it was a minor detail, yet i hope they address it soon.

useful wardrobe handy kettle good breakfast distinct smell hallway smell unclean impression
the room had a kettle and fridge, a nice bonus. i also found the wardrobe quite big and useful. breakfast was also very good.
i noticed a distinct smell of cats in the hallway. it gave the impression of the place not being so clean. the room itself was clean though.
